Reaktor 5 or lower
Instrument Sequencer

DESCRIPTION

This is a little utility that I created that has proved invalueable time and time again. The basic idea is that you feed it chords (up to 4 notes) and it spits out a gate sequenced pattern for each note in the chord. Great for basslines, arps, chord patterns, etc...

I've included a SQP and Junatik in the .ens for demonstartion purposes, but I typically use in Cubase to run VSTs (one channel running MIDI into Reaktor, another channel running MIDI out of Reaktor into the instrument).

The voice sorting piece was cannablized and from Ernes Meyers Godel and modified.

v1.1 fixes:
- fixed small bug in clist's MIDINote macro that was causing errant notes
- add octave control to each note channel
- pretty colors
1.2 fixes:
- fixed hanging notes in MIDI out

Enjoy,
-Dave

Such a long time and finally I found an arpeggiator that can do what the FM8-arpeggiator does. Thanks a lot!

p.s. I've noticed ocassionally the voice recognition will choke resulting in one note channel playing really high pitched (since it added two channel pitch #s together). If anyone has a fix for the please share! Also, if you remove the SQP and synth to use it in a DAW, you can lower the sample rate way down to save on CPU (since you are only producing MIDI out)
