Behold Xominod vs Raptorthon. A powerful virtual alien band, specializing in chaotic industrial cyber jazz.

--- start clock ----

4 main random generators are available simultaneously or when active they make up part of the sequence available but only 1 will be heard at each step.

Each can be vca clocked, stepped or linear, they each have a frequency and speed and feedback from each other

+ note length will really tighten and hold will do the opposite

the slow vca control will ramp up the vca slowly instead of a fast attack.

they also have 2 trill systems. 1 for the low end notes, and 1 that effects all notes in the riff.
the main one that effects all notes has a trill speed and spacing control.

an arcade mode will fast pulse the riff to make it more square and arcade like.
a go crazy feature adds in a second random lfo combined with the first.

A bass out is generated from all generators and can be selected. The difference being It will be more connected to the generator from which it is sourced. The comb effect is total, meaing when on the bass line will disapear into a realm of feedback loops and glitches.

The High Pass and Low Pass Filters are at the end of the chain and effect the entire band.

--------------------------------

(When using the sequencer beware as it may attract UFO's.)

All this next info is relevenant only if the seq is on and the aliens have arrived to listen to the performance!

Straight up, an element of control and being able to program this GEN is gone in SEQ mode. here is why....

The 4 gens make up the first 16 steps. each has 4 steps. this is so the delay can make the riff repeat on all 4 steps assigned to each gen.

Several sub-sequencers run out of sync from each other. that make auto stops or solos.

The main sequencer makes the whole band stop except for the bass stop for 7 bars. It clones its line and feeds it to the generator and plays a higher version of the bass line together.

At the same time a 2nd tri sequencer stops the band briefly , then leaves the bass on solo for a few bars. the timing of how fast or slow these take place is adjustable

Then theres a slight probabitily of a 6th gen interupting occassionaly.

The next 32 steps are some individual note tones and an alien freq modded version of the first 4 gens outs.

steps 32 - 64 contain some low notes and more alien variations.

DIRECTION - the sequencers direction can be set in 5 modes including 2 flavours of random. mode one will run straight, this will give semi predictable results, so is best avoided. In this instruments case it was based around being designed for mode 5 (pure random) and it is on this setting where it can deliver some of its most excellent licks!

------------------------

The Raptorthon verb is a slightly modded Rounds

The Fuxi Drive is an alternate version with a filter thats not the same as the U/L version.

Sevral macros are from U/L builders. autosnaps, geiger automation, wavefolder.
