DESCRIPTION

Angry Little SKF filter, handle with care.

Non Linear SKF Filter 8x Oversampled for Anti Aliasing. Feedback shaping by Multipling the Feedback by an Highpass and Lowpass Amplitude Response at the Main FIlters Cutoff Frequency. The LP and HP Cutoff can be ajusted. This allows to limit the Resonance e.g. at low or high frequencys.

Inspired by the book the art of VA Filter Design.

@nanotable: i had no time to try it yet, but on a second thought that also means that the order VCA befor or after VCF becomes important for high resonance. the demo has the VCA before the VCF (because i copied it from another poject where the filter has an input saturator without a second thought).

@nanotable: I checked again, and they should be identical, unless i am missing something. Can you explain what you mean, Do they sound different? If they sound different are you using the block always with other blocks or mixed with clasic reaktor OSC e.g. within an ens? I have noticed when testing in ens not in a rack that there is a difference, if the wire debuging works correctly the level of the Bento Box OSC is only -0.6 to 0.6 not 1 to -1 that can make a difference when going in the saturatur. Smaller Input leaves more headspace for the resonance. This should be correctable with the load button or a pre amplifier.

The block (The Beast v1.0.ism) is quite different than the one used in the example rack (Demo_TheBeast_v1.0.nksr).

Brilliant job putting this together. It seems designed to make extreme NL filter settings more usable.
