Please load Tuuli inside of Reaktor. Read the manual how to load snapshots inside an instrument. Load a snapshot bank in Tuuli. All is fine. The suffix of a snapshot bank is .ssf not .ens.

Can't open. "Could not open ensemble file." Do you have Tuuli installed in a directory other than default?
