This sweepstake is being conducted by Native Instruments GmbH (“Native Instruments”) from April 11 2025 until April 21, 2025. By entering the sweepstake, participants agree to these terms and conditions. Participants qualify for the sweepstake by signing up to the Native Instruments newsletter with valid and accurate data. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. Employees from companies affiliated with the Native Instruments Group GmbH are not eligible to participate.
One winner will be chosen at random by Native Instruments. Each winner will be notified by email and must confirm by email to Native Instruments that he/she/they accept the prize within one week of receiving notification. If Native Instruments does not receive confirmation within this period, the winner forfeits the prize and Native Instruments reserves the right to choose another winner. A cash payout of the prize is ruled out. The right of appeal is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply exclusively; Berlin, Germany, shall be the exclusive court of jurisdiction.
