DESCRIPTION
In MIDI it is legitimate for a note-off to be signalled by a note-on with velocity of 0.
This makes processing the output of the channel message module more complicated.
This macro fixes the output of the default Reaktor built-in by trapping note-on with velocity of zero and converting it into a note-off message.
