DESCRIPTION

Simulation of the uglyFace, an in you face guitar distorter with a 555 timer oscillator designed by Tim Escobedo.
A squarewave oscillator`s pitch is controlled by the input`s envelope. Then this oscillator is synced to the frequency of the input.

This thing is set way too high on the volume levels. Could potentially damage speakers.

I had trouble with this one as well, as you described 'sputter and cracle' that is what I wass struggling with to use it. I did lose patience however. The delay is cool.

I tried it with a friends setup last night, and it was a horrible mass of sputter and crackle. It took a fair bit of tweaking to find the sweet spots again. Some patience is needed.

Oscillator sync for the guitar player. The effect is very responsive to input volume. Snap results may differ from description, so experiment with input volume and dynamics. Junatik added for test purpose and non guitar players. Just for fun: The Fractal Delay is a preliminary version, expect an update. Gratitude for all the bits and pieces I found at the user library.
