It seems "alternate decay mode" might be causing the digital noise in my system. I turned it off in all my snapshots and it was working great.

This is an amazing FX. It's great for theme and variation. I've been trying to put two in the same ensemble, with poor results. Basically, after I saved and reloaded the second r3order's table data, everything seem to work. But quickly I noticed loud digital noise when I changed almost anything. I removed the R3orders and the digital noises were gone. Is there something else I might do to help 2 R3orders coexist in one ensemble? Thanks

Im a huge fan of r3order! I love it and use all the time live! Im sure you are busy but i have an idea for it and id was wondering if you could help me out Ive been using reaktor for a few months have really enjoyed the user library. Im a total newbie to building and mod-ing instruments though. I am inspired my moldover/C list's smart knob designs and id like to mod r3order to respond in a similiar way I want to use one knob, (in ableton, evolution uc33e) to turn the effect on and turn the sequence shift slightly (i can accomplish this using ableton's midimap facility) and, this is the important part, then to cycle through snapshots, possibly morphing them. i cant use one knob to send both CCs nd program changes so... The snapshot module seems to be designed to do just that but i have 2 problems. 1 I cant find the damn thing on my computer, it must have been an install error i assume. 2 i dont know where/how to hook it up and make it do what its supposed to do in r3order's structure. help a second question: Is it possible to use another knob to write as the sequencer plays in the graphic control panels. for those who use this instrument- can i use a knob instead of the mouse to make changes to the reverse/decay/slice windows live and improvisationaly?

To tomislav: it uses a delay buffer so if you ask him a slice before it has played it choose the latest played one. i suggest you putting the audio you want to be sliced also 1 measure before, no silences should be happen

to Nathaniel: you must be in play while you are saving a snapshot, it uses a midi clock to check for table changes so if you are in stop it doesn't check ;) i will change it on next release

Excellent, Essential. I'm having a problem with the snapshots not recording the tabledata I'm writing tho. If I manually write new table data and append, the new snapshot does not record the new table data (although it does record all other non-table parameter changes). Strangely, if I randomize the snapshot and append, the new snapshot will records the new table data. Weird -- Please Advise.

i did this ensemble long time ago but in another way and it used more than 10x CPU than now.. the "fastfx" ensemble helped me a lot to understand how to do it with just 1 Delay instead of an entire array :) More to come i've a lot of thing half way.. i'll release everything, i need just some more holiday time ;) @ phil: the sampler is just a portion of a sampler i'm working on, i'll upload when i'll be happy with that!!! ciao!
