Sound Generator Experimental Sequenced

DESCRIPTION

I took the new Newscool + Experiment .ens from

https://www.native-instruments.com/de/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/entry/show/15077/

and made it a bit more easier to sequence from your DAW and added a peak limiter so you don't crush your output when you play with the drive knob.

So no Sequencer just the DRUMS + FX

Notes are C3 D3 E3 F3.


UPDATE 1.1 19.01.2024

Fixed the mixer not going to no level.
Added Randomization and morphing for the individual modules for fast sound design.

UPDATE 1.2 24.01.2024

fixed the original channel mappings of the individual instruments in the ensemble to Omni.
And the ensemble has Omni as Midi Channel Input as well now.

And changed the notes to C3 D3 E3 F3 for easier use with your DAW

FIXED some bugs from the original

added stereo panning for each sound.
added independent modulation cycles for each sound
made the grain delay true stereo

@Stephan Bobinger Yes, it's not a bug, it's programmed that way. Yes, I've already created a version, do you mind if I share it? I wanted to send you an e-mail, but it's impossible to contact you privately here.

@SICVK it's because of the original programming. the "ring mod" is before the mixer. not sure if it's actually a real ring mod but the "RingM" knobs cross modulate all OSCs. if i would start to change that it would be a new instrument at some point so if you have any other things you want to change feel free to upload your own version. i'll leave it here for now.

A bug in version 1.3. All tracks (F3 E3 D3) are mutated and volumes are zero, but D3 can be heard if RingM and FreqM are modified. On version 1.2 with the same settings, no bug.

@SICVK i guess it is but i'll save that for the next update. Will have to get deeper in the structure there when i have time, since this is just a hack of other peoples work and for fun.

@ZooTooK thanks for mentioning that crazy channel mappings. i fixed that now in the 1.2 update all is omni now and notes are 2 octaves up as well to make it easier

The Newscool instrument (drum) is set to listen to midi channel 2 only. So make sure to use that when sending midi to it or change it to Omni. When loading the ensemble in stand-alone Reaktor the keys are out of range of the computer keyboard midi.

@SICVK thanks for checking that bug. it was because of the original programmer used at mixer module instead of multiplying the signal with the knob. i fixed that, maybe will add panning for the voices in an update at some point
