Dual Vector Synthesis Oscillator

A pair of vector mixers determine the waveform for each oscillator.

An additional vector mixer determines the final output by blending the signals from oscillators 1 and 2, a terrain mixer, and a ring modulator.

FM and waveform symmetry parameters are provided, as well as oscillator reset.

The block is 8x oversampled to increase the sound quality.
