Finley I figured out. :)
It is pretty much the same like the previous rack, But I had to add two more outputs to the MIDI CLOCK, so it can be controlled externally. The updated version of the MIDI CLOCK is in the whole pack: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/reaktor-community/reaktor-user-library/entry/show/13447/
I tested in Reason and SONAR and it woks flawless. Should work and with another DAWs.
And don't forget - when changing the tempo in DAW to change the frequency of the Oscillator, that controls the ratcheting effect, to match the beats.
