EMSCHER
polyphonic modular synthesizer
DESCRIPTION
2019-08-12 Version 2.3 R55
(choosable) colour coding scheme on container's head, old snapshots are compatible
more snapshots
internal structure changes (for better developing in modular framework)
2019-05-23 Version 2.2 R49
some minor GUI-changes in CHOR, DELAY and REVERB (position of outputs in DELAY and REVERB)
I have renewed the snaps too; please correct the connections from DELAY and REVERB in your snaps. For questions see thread in forum.
2019-05-10 Version 2.2 R48
added p1afff's and Paule's snapshot banks - thanks
corrected few hints
2019-04-30 Version 2.2 R45
smoother for nearly all knobs; thanks to Mark Wadewitz (quietschboy) and Colin Brown (ColB).
SCO 6 (FM) new designed; now harmonic and subharmonic
2018-09-14 Version 1.00 R14
There was a bug with two LFO 2 containers. Had changed one, but forgot the two others, sorry.
2018-09-12 Version 1.00 R13
GEIGER now correctly working
correct link in SCF 3 (core)
correct exponential display in SCO 6 for fix=0

There was a bug when calculating sinus in ZPO when you use the ZP-Mod very extremly. It wouldn't be good for your ears and loudspeakers. So i changed the calculation from 9th approximation to 7th approximation.

EMSCHER is an example of a polyphonic modular synthesizer based on modular framework x4.
Modular framework x4 allows you to build your own modular synth in a very simple way.
It is very flexible because you can arrange the containers (means modules in hardware) in your own sequence and position on screen, you can add and delete containers. And you can use onscreen cables.
The structure is made very user friendly (which is the main thing of this concept) as you need only basic knowledge how to connect primary macros (only 1 wire) and core macros (only two wires) so you can build your own special modular synth.
The modular framework 4 will be published next months.
EMSCHER is the first example of this concept. If you are not familiar with its possibilities, please read the short overview and use the hints.
HAVE FUN!
