Fugue
Multi-feature arpeggiator
DESCRIPTION
Fugue is a multi-featured arpeggiator, capable of all sorts of note sequences and patterns, including polyphonic arpeggios, chords, clusters, geigerish magmas and what not.
From JS Bach to Steve reich or Philip Glass; from new age to math rock; from classicism to atonalism, Fugue can provide you with new and fresh algorithmic compositional ideas.
Many implementations are kind of unorthodox, due to my ignorance in many aspects of music theory. That was the main reason to develop such a device, so that it can fill my lack of resources in harmony.
Fugue synchronizes with your DAW's transport and sends MIDI to your favourite synthesizer, although a copy of steamPipe is added for testing purposes.
Fugue could be easily transformed into a live MIDI processor which applies the different macros to incoming MIDI notes.
You can use and modify Fugue freely for your music composition, but you can't resell it or make money with the ensemble or its parts.
If you like Fugue and you use it in your compositions, please let me know, i'll be glad to know what you create using it!
