The original Xantos has been one of my secret weapons for years. Welcome back, Paul- and email me one of these days.

Does this sequencer allow you to do different kinds of beat divisions (i.e. steps:beats ratio) so that for example I could have a section/track with 3 steps per beat, or 5 steps per beat?

Was thinking about this after Padrone was resurrected ... Had purchased it years ago , but lost it in a migration . Wonderful to see it back in circulation .

For myself close some open ports and sweep out something. Set a threat with images in Reaktor Forum.

A real good New Age machine, a very early holy day gift.

This thing seems truly a bit of real genius. It's the only ens or plugin I've ever used that makes what I can call music all on its own. There's a lot of ens I can just let run along unattended that will create soothing or even interesting sounds in a pleasingly random, not-too repetitive way. But this thing makes complex arrangements I can only think of as real music, and not, as I see it, via its own intelligence, but because of the deep and elegant vision of the designer into what music is, or at least some very true and basic elements of music. Congrats and thanks again!

Also NoteLen and PhraseLen in the Metronome! I'm really enjoying setting all samples to the same with Samp knob at lower left, then randomizing everything but the samples until a groove strikes, then randomizing the samples only.

Quite good Info Hints, too, so be sure to switch that on in the main menu bar (Cmd I)

There's a hidden Online Help panel you can turn on in panel views; this is what it says (I've added note names): Key 33 A1: Patch change Key 34 A#1: Fade toggle Key 35 B1: Global on/off toggle Key 36 C2: Group A on/off toggle Key 38 D2: Group B on/off toggle Key 40 E2: Group C on/off toggle Key 41 F2: Group D on/off toggle All other keys set the key/pitch Press and hold the Fade toggle while pressing one, some or all group toggles to fade them in and out. The fade time can be set on the instruments panel (for each group separately). The Group toggles work as real toggles, not gates. This means that only a key down causes an on/off event. In my short play-around with the old purchased version (which sadly doesn't create snaps that this version responds to; but had only one bank of factory snaps), I found the most useful and dramatic controls, besides what's in the Help, to be the Randomizers (Patch, Metro, Fac, Samp, All) in the lower left corner, matched up with the "?" buttons on each track, and messing around with the Compose Groups buttons in that macro. There's an amazingly wide range of possible compositions, flavors and feels possible. Thank you Paul!!

Good news: an old bolide. But uncompressed and no manual!

Jesus, what a perfect marvel! I am almost speechless...Just tested it for 2 last hours and finally started to "feel" it's various secret "magic knobs" and one-shot random modifiers! Fantastic job and, frankly speaking, I would be happy even without any additional helpers and manuals :)) BTW, there is Panel B for those who want to see something "more understandable" ;)
