About The Team
We’re looking for an organised, approachable, and proactive Creative Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll be the glue that holds our creative and design studio together, keeping projects running smoothly, matching the right talent to the right briefs, and ensuring deadlines are met. Your Contribution
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by acting as a central communication point for Campaign Management, Product, Content, and Community teams.
- Heighten our output by ensuring seamless workflow management, resulting in better on-time delivery of high-quality projects.
- Effectively manage resources (freelancers, budgets, and assets), alleviating capacity constraints and improving workflow.
- Allow the Creative Director to focus on upstream strategy, including bigger-picture planning and early involvement in campaign development with the PMM team.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Great organisation skills, methodical approach and meticulous eye for detail
- A self-starter with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Confident liaising with stakeholders, making decisions where necessary and escalating problems or project blockers
- A love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes
- Confident negotiator, or an appetite to learn
- Understanding of design, photography and video specifications
- An existing network of freelancers/agencies would be advantageous
