I hope everyone has got a Space helmet ready and their antenna polished, cause its time to to fly the cosmic winds ...

The proto version on the old forum had a bug which made the cpu very high and outs 7-10 did not work. These errors are fixed now, aswell as a few refinements + added some snaps.

A mod of Hetrick's Quadratic Chaos Block which is a re-implementation of SuperCollider's QuadL and QuadN uGens.
These uGens are based on the following difference equation:
x(n+1) = a * x(n)^2 + b * x(n) + c

The original Quadratic Chaos mutates into 10 mathematical nightmares

All 11 mutations have seperate outs

The Chaos is also available in 2 different sequenced patterns for a total of 13 outs.

The first pattern is a 13 step cycle that scans through the 11 chaos signal + a fast random flurry on step 12 + silence on step 13.

The second (Quadratic Staccatto) is 26 steps long and has a higher proprtion of silence and random flurries making up the pattern.


The 6 way direction controls the forward/backward or random modes of this cycle.

+ a 6 piece illogical quadratisized lucky beat machine... with only 1 control for speed on the FREQ control... but it has many auto-tentacles that make up the beats patterns.
