DESCRIPTION

Incoming signal is divided to two parts - upper and lower - knob in center controls division point. Upper knob defines number of steps for upper quantizer, lower knob for lower quantizer. Bottom switch selects range for division control uni (0 to 1) vs bi (-1 to 1).

I wanted actually to make a quantizer where steps size would be growing (lineary or exponentially) but have not figured correct math/algo for it so I ended up with this one... maybe some other day.
