Micro Tilt 3 v1.0

Tilt Equalizer (based on the classic tonelux tilt eq) with many mixing tools : filters, colorfull limiter (extract from the fat blaster), new crossover frequency option and optionnal 12dB gain for the tilt/loud fonction.
