Range value transform

Converts an input value from one range to another.

DESCRIPTION

This simple macro will transform a value from within a user-defined input range (e.g. 0 to 1) to a different user-defined range (e.g. 1 to 127). It's very easy to convert to Core if you need to.

When one hovers over the "B.Lo" and "B.Hi" inputs, the info hints are reversed ("upper value of output range" for B.Lo and the opposite for B.Hi). It seems to be wired correctly though, so the input labels are fine from what I see.
