DESCRIPTION

Inspired by Eurorack "Synth Voice" modules, System B is a fully functioning standalone synth that is completely compatible with the rest of your Blocks collection. Just plug it into a Note In block, turn up your speakers, and start jamming. Over 100 presets are included, giving you a wide variety of patches to browse, so you can get your tracks going fast.

The synth consists of a harmonic oscillator and a pulse wave generator that are processed through a SVF filter and an output VCA that has wavefolding and hard clipping.

Oscillator one is a sinewave oscillator that uses a 3D vector mixer to blend harmonics to customize the sound.

Oscillator two is a pulse oscillator with width control, and a switchable FM / AM effect. A pink noise generator is also included.

The filter is a 2-Pole SVF with resonance and a mode selector that blends between lowpass and bandpass types.

A versatile modulation system is provided, with CV attenuators per parameter. The LFOs or envelope can be chosen as a modulation source for each control.

The LFOs can be reset upon receiving a gate signal, and they can be synced to Reaktor's master clock. They also have a cross-modulation system, so they can interact, resulting in interesting and unpredictable patterns.

Lots of other additional options are available, like oscillator sync, ratio tuning mode, mixer bleed, filter feedback, and envelope shaping.
