v2.3
- FIXED: Poly-Mod

A dude with the hardware Prophet-5 told me: both soft synth don't sounds like the Sequential Circuits machine.

All panel elements can receive MIDI CC for a dump from the Pro-53.
Take a look on the info hints (ALT+I).

A second demo already is here.

Hi there still can't get this with Cubase + Reaktor6. When I start the playhead in Cubase i get sound but Midi NoteOn and NoteOff are inverse. If i press a key and hold it nothing happens (i see the midi led active in the plugin) and when i release the tone starts playing and holding forever ( until i use the Reaktor on/off switch for reseting...) Can you help with that Paule?

I was hoping this would reproduce the Pro-52/53 Built-In delay effect. because I'm re-creating an old Pro-53 patch in the Maschine Poly Synth (i.e. Pro-53 Engine within Maschine). NI Faithfully reproduced the Pro-53 engine, but left out the Delay / Chorus / Spread effect. I'm having trouble finding a new delay that reproduces the delay unit from Pro-53. This one has a spread effect, but it's not exactly the same. This still is a nice recreation, though!

@SAM: No. You need the midi clock for the sound.

@Jon (Goremall): It's no clone of Pro-53 an inspiration only.

@pash: It is an ensemble for Reaktor 6. Kontakt is a sample player and can't load *.ens files. You are here in the Reaktor user library!

@Daron: It's build with R6 so you can update your system to an actual version since 2015. But it don't run in R5.

Really enjoying this. I used Pro-53 religiously until NI sadly discontinued it.

Is there a way to use this without starting the DAW?

for using MIDI sync and fade on stop in standalone. Stop the logic metronom please.

I don't get it, it doesnt work unless logic is playing - and then there comes a constant note that you cant get rid of? Some of the sounds work/play some are just vague? What am I missing why doesn't it work thru midi keyboard work like a normal plugin?

Fade On Stop a dev by Philippe works with Start/Stop module.

Why does the clock have to start for the plugin to work?

good to know, thanks Paule. Going to check out this new revision, thanks!

Michael, both are very different SDK. This is Reaktor graphic coded. NI only knows which SDK based is Pro-53. No way to load in the original presets.

Thank you! Is there anyway to load files from the original Pro-53?

Hmm, only some of the patches have that issue. Many sound great, but some sound like they dont respond to the tuning for 12 tet . Cheers!

I suspect the tuning got messed up somehow in recent reaktor updates? Sounds out of tune.

Vince, I own Pro-53. So there is no need to double it in Reaktor. I need the raw one (5r). If you are or become a builder take this and create a Pro-53. Good luck!

Sadly with the same setting than Pro-53, that s not sound like Pro-53.

Really great work, thanks Paule! Lively, punchy sound and not too heavy on my old CPU.

The delay effect only sounds for one of the voices. Not sure why but probably related to your voice combiners being after your delays instead of before - delays and other effects should usually be after VC unless you are doing stuff like modulating them with pitch and poly LFOs etc. Also Unison mode keeps jumping up a tone when key is released.

Sounds good Paule, thanks.

And the Delay fx is on relative tuning good for flanging, chorus and at least delay. A fake reverb comes with the Release switch and a moderate tuning on Release controller. How I miss a delay in the late Reaktor versions of Prophets.

I liked 036 and the latest version because both seemed to react best to changes in the tunings, of all I tried—not in how the keys tune between themselves (maybe that's not what these were ever about?), but in how multiple tuned layers and layered voices can interact when played together. There's some really interesting beatings and pitch phasings available in there!

As I describe beside: it's based from the actual Legacy Library. Have a look in R3 instruments vintage: Prophet. It's there without Delay, EnvTrigger etcpp. You know I don't build in core.

Cool. Any reason you didn't upgrade the oscillators and filters to use more up to date library components?

just realized some of my snaps don't work with the newer version, but hey those that work got a nice twist to their timbre that I can only say is unique to the development ;)
