Oversampling Macros
Macros for upsampling and decimation.
DESCRIPTION
This ensemble contains core modules and macros for quality oversampling of factors 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8. Upsampling is performed using Catmull-Rom splines, a fast and pretty good standard method. Decimation is done using FIR filter convolution.

Update v1.1: Added new, cleaner decimation macros that also use way less CPU. Fixed a bug in one of the old 3x/63 decimation filters (unconnected cable), added 5x up/down, added macros for FIR lowpass filter creation.
